Safety is our highest priority. All our guides are certified in Wilderness First Aid. In the rare event of severe altitude sickness or injury, we coordinate immediate helicopter rescue evacuations backed by our NRB-approved banking network and local operators.

We require a standard 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your climbing permits, domestic flights, and local tea house bookings. The remaining 80% can be securely paid upon arrival in Kathmandu via bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
